How to relax

Hey everybody, today I have a bit of a different post. Instead of teaching how to be productive, I’ll be teaching you how to relax. The two have a lot more in common than you would think.

The first thing I like to do is take baths. In the summer since we now have more time, I take a bath everyday. It helps because you can’t do anything while you are in there, therefore you don’t feel like you need to be doing anything. While in the bath, you can think, watch Netflix, or read a book.

Other than that, to stay relaxed in your daily life, meditate. It clarifies your thoughts. This means it helps you relax, but also makes you more productive.
